Aromatherapy Conversion Chart

Below you will find two charts to help with blending and to properly dilutie essential oils.  Essential oils can consist of 500 to 600 drops per ounce.  It depends on the viscosity of the essential oil.  Lighter notes may have more drops per ounce and base notes may have less.  ‚Äč

Carrier could be a base of lotion, aloe vera, distilled water, hydrosol, cream, salve or etc.  Example:  If you would like to make a facial cream using a 1% dilution of essential oils into 1 ounce of cream; You would add 5-6 drops of essential oil to the one ounce of cream.
